Century Farms was homesteaded in approximately 1850 in scenic Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.
The fourth generation currently resides in the original home with the third, fifth, and sixth generations living close.
Century Farms was a dairy farm until the mid 1990’s when our dairy cows were sold due to a career change. After a few years without animals, we returned to our farming roots, although in a different way, by raising Scottish Highland beef cattle. Our herd started with 5 animals in 1999 and expanded to more than 100 head within the next ten years.
We began selling our grass-fed beef in 2012 and the demand from locals, seeking healthier food
choices, encouraged us to pursue a USDA license to sell beef.
